Sarah Vaillancourt Wins 2008 Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award

Sarah Vaillancourt, a junior forward from Harvard University, is the 2008 Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award winner. In its 11th year, the award is presented annually by The USA Hockey Foundation to the top player in NCAA Division I women’s ice hockey.

For the 10th consecutive year, the NHL Foundation, the National Hockey League’s charitable and community relations organization, has awarded a grant in support of the Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award.
